12 Teams Set for Kwara Kiddies League Playoffs

The Chief Operating Officer of the Kwara Kiddies League, Ibrahim Jatto, has confirmed that twelve youth football teams will compete in the upcoming 2025 Kwara Kiddies League playoffs for a chance to earn promotion into the league proper.

The participating teams include Busari FA, Honey King FA, Gidado FA, Agbede Weavers FA, D Star FA, Optimist FA, Rectitude FA, House of Prayer FA, Barca Kiddies, IBS FA, Champion FA, and Alabama FA. Only three teams will secure promotion after the playoffs.

According to Jatto, the playoffs will be played over two legs, with the first leg of the first round scheduled for April 11, 2025, and the second leg taking place on April 18, 2025.

A mandatory player screening exercise will be held on April 10, 2025, a day before kickoff, to ensure compliance with eligibility rules.
