Kwara Kiddies League set new record in delivery of matches

The Kwara Kiddies YEG League has crossed the threshold. The league which was founded in 2022 has now reached a new milestone.

According to the information gathered from the data management desk of the league, the completion of the matchweek 19 of the current campaign saw the league hitting a new record figure of 133 matches, a game above 132 games that were played in the previous two seasons.

The new record is coming on the heels of the rise in the number of the participating teams in the league from 12 to 14.

Speaking on the development, the COO of the league, Ibrahim Jatto commended all the league board members for their commitment and dedication.

He described the record as a milestone and urged the league board members and volunteers to continue to work towards the success of the league.

A total number of 182 games is expected to be played this season and with the new development, there are 49 matches left.
