Kwara Kiddies League Matchday 18 review

The match day 18 of the Kwara Kiddies YEG league produced yet another round of interesting games and results.

It was the game between Kwara Football Academy who had just won the Hairsense League Cup and league new comer Busari FA that opened the flood of action.

While the Busari boys gave a tough fight in the game, they late surrender to the dominance of KFA boys as Vincent Ajayi strike a brace for the league leaders.

Solicitor and Koller FA was the next game. The Koller boys secured a victory over their opponents courtesy of Abdulhameed Yunus’ lone goal.

Wasteful Unicorns FA also secured a 2-0 victory over Achievers FA. A perfect header goal from Muhammed Abubakar and a sleeky finish from Abdulraheem Malik who picked his angle before shooting the goal were all that the unicorns boys needed to win the game.

Surprise FA also put in an impressive performance to beat Makamz.

Much thanks to their skipper and talisman, Abdulbasit Olugbon who provided the assists for the two goals.

Abanise Abdulwareez slotted home the first goal and Saliman Sulton sealed the win for them.

It was a barren draw between La Planet SA and Gaa Akanbi Kids. Gaa Akanbi Kids were lucky to escape the onslaught from the la planet boys as their goalkeeper Abubakar Muhammed made important saves. He would later win the man of the match award.

Honeyking FA and Future Stars played 1-1 in another scintillating game of the matchweek 18.

Another interesting game of the week 18 was the match between Afrikan Kiddies and Gidado Kids. Both teams locked up horns and nothing to separate them at the end as they played 2-2.

While Saheed Mutollib and Oluwanishola Ibrahim scored for Afrikan Kiddies Mustapha Abass and Abdullahi Ibrahim were the goal scorers for Gidado who lost in the final of the league cup on friday.
