Koller Stages Comeback, Secures 3-1 Victory Over SGFC Athletics

Koller FA displayed remarkable resilience and determination to secure a 3-1 victory over SGFC Athletics in a thrilling encounter in the Kwara Kiddies League over the weekend.

The match, filled with high-paced action and exciting goals, kept fans at the edge of their seats until the final whistle. The game started with an early lead for SGFC Athletics when Jimoh Abdulsamad found the back of the net in the 9th minute, putting his team ahead 1-0.

However, Koller FA responded swiftly, with Tóbi Adeoye’s long-range effort leveling the score just two minutes later. The rapid equalizer showcased Koller FA’s fighting spirit, setting the stage for an intense battle between the two teams.

The first half ended with both teams pressing for more goals, but it was Koller FA who capitalized on their opportunities. In the 45th minute, Yunus Abdulhameed netted the decisive goal, putting Koller FA in the lead at 3-1.

With this important win, Koller FA climbed to the seventh position in the Kwara Kiddies League standings, accumulating 16 points. SGFC Athletics, on the other hand, found themselves in the eighth position, also with 16 points, after the defeat.
